RETURN POLICY

a. the item has not been used, worn, washed or damaged in any way;

b. all labels must still be attached to the clothing.

c. the items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returning an item

Should you decide to return an item you should follow the instructions below:

1 . Fill in the returns form you will find below.

2. All parts of the returns form must be filled in and sent by email to sales@streetarea.com within 10 working days of receiving delivery.

3- Once we have received the Returns Form we will send you authorisation to return the item(s).

4. You simply need to replace the item in the same box it was delivered in, apply the self-adhesive label which should be in the box and call the courier at the telephone number we will have provided you with.

5. Once we have received the returned goods, we will contact you to inform you whether or not we accept the goods or of any eventual problems or non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the returns procedure.

Delivery costs of returns
 

If you have complied with all the returns terms and conditions, STREETAREA.com will refund in full the price of the purchased goods. The shipping costs of the original delivery will not be refunded. Delivery costs of the returns, however, will be refunded in full if you use the courier we indicate. Should you decide to use a different courier you will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the goods Refund times and methods Regardless of the payment method used for the original order, you will be refunded as soon as possible after we have received the returned goods. The normal time needed to credit your account or return the money paid depends on the payment method used originally: - payment made by a credit/debit card: the time it takes for the money to be credited to your account depends on the type of credit card you hold and the bank. The refund will be credited in the same currency as the original payment, so you will not incur any bank charges. - payment made using PayPal: the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account. How long it takes for the refund to be credited to your credit card account will depend on the type of card and bank. - payment by banker’s draft or cash on delivery: you will provide us with details of the current bank account into which you wish us to pay the refund, the time this takes will depend on you providing full and accurate details of the account; normally your account will be credited within 10 working days from the date we receive the returned goods.
