Suiko
Born in the western city of Oita, Japan, Suiko spent his youth as a graffiti artist in Hiroshima. The city quickly became his practice easel and he continues to leave his mark there as well as in the US, Europe and Asia.
Suiko which means “don’t stick to common sense and live how you like,” is the mindset evident in his work. While traveling overseas, Suiko met and collaborated with many international graffiti artists and became heavily influenced by fluorescent color schemes and animated Chinese figures.
